Privacy policy

Privacy

Effective September 5, 2026.

Taverlo is operated by Useful Work Labs, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our websites and services or contact us.

Information we handle

We handle information you provide, such as business contact and account details, domains and other content you submit, support communications, and transaction or subscription details. Payment-card information is handled by our payment providers rather than stored by us.

We also handle technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, request and error logs, cookies, and how the service is used. We may receive information from public internet records, service providers, and other people or organizations that direct information to the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service; manage accounts and transactions; communicate with you; respond to requests; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with law. We may combine or de-identify information so it can no longer reasonably identify a person or organization.

Public and shared information

Some features use publicly available information or create links meant to be shared. A public-check result can be viewed by anyone who has its link while that link remains active. Do not submit confidential or personal information to a public or shared part of the service.

When we disclose information

We disclose information to service providers that help us operate functions such as hosting, communications, security, support, analytics, and payments. We may also disclose information at your direction; in connection with a financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of the business; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or secure the service.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and tracking choices

We use cookies and similar technologies needed to operate and secure the service and to understand basic usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Because there is no common standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the service does not respond differently to them. Where the law requires us to recognize another opt-out preference signal, we will do so.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing the service, maintaining security and business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. The period varies by the information and its purpose. For example, temporary results and technical records are generally kept for less time than account, transaction, support, or legally required records. We may retain de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked back to you.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including data portability, an appeal, or the right to opt out of certain uses. We may need to verify your identity or authority, and legal, security, or recordkeeping requirements may limit a request. Contact us at [email protected].

Security and international use

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure. Useful Work Labs is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other places where our providers operate.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the revised policy here and change the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide a prominent notice on the website or another appropriate notice before it takes effect.
